Fees and Policies
We aim to keep our processes clear and straightforward, so you know what to expect at each step.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to get in touch before making an appointment.
Fees
Fees vary depending on the type and scope of service required. Detailed assessment fee information will be shared following the initial consultation, once we have a clearer understanding of your child’s needs.
Initial Consultation
A first session to understand your concerns and discuss next steps will be charged as a session separately from the assessment fee.
Intervention and Parent Support Services
Ongoing sessions to support skill development (e.g., executive functioning, emotional regulation, learning strategies) can be charged as a single session or in blocks to be agreed with you.
School Consultation
Contact us to find out more about the fees for the different tiers of school consultation support that we offer.
Payment
Payment is typically required at the time of each session
Payment details and methods will be provided upon booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee
This allows us to offer the time to other families who may be waiting for appointments.
Confidentiality
Your child’s information is treated with care and respect.
All information shared is kept confidential
Information will only be shared with others (e.g., schools) with your consent
Limits to confidentiality may apply in situations where there are concerns about safety
Reports and Documentation
Assessment reports are only included as part of the assessment process
Additional letters or reports (e.g., for schools or applications) will incur separate fees
Timeframes for reports will be discussed during the assessment process
Getting Started
If you are unsure which service is most appropriate, an initial consultation is the best place to begin.
